How Long Do New Builds Take to Construct?
Each new build project we take on is unique, and the duration depends on many factors, including the scope and size of the job. Before your project starts, we will create a schedule that outlines each step so you can keep track of progress throughout each stage.
Can I Visit My Site During The Construction Process?
We understand that a new build construction project is exciting, but it can also be dangerous. If you wish to visit the site during the construction process, then we may require you to wear the appropriate health and safety equipment which can include a hard har, high vis jacket and boots. A member of our team will also need to accompany you during your visit at all times. Please note, we also reserve the right to refuse your request to visit the site if there are any health and safety concerns.
Will I Need to Get Involved With Managing My Project?
You can get involved as much or as little as you would like. After all, it's your new build we are constructing on your behalf. Our project managers have extensive experience in delivering new build projects of all sizes and are happy to work closely with you or independently; it's entirely your choice.
