This project included the demolition of the existing garage and rear extension and consisted of the construction of a new single storey wrap around extension, complete with a total refurbishment of the existing dwelling. The existing roof was removed and reconstructed to create a new master bedroom, dressing area and en-suite. The exterior of the property received new windows to all elevations together with the application of a silicone render.
