CHC Construction were tasked with the roof refurbishment of this grade II listed building. The works included the installation of a 20,000 ft2 scaffold crash deck within the main hall to allow for the removal of the existing roof, shot blasting and respraying of the existing steel trusses. The main clock tower was also completely refurbished, including replacing all the copper panelling.
