George Street – Shoeburyness – 5 New Build Town Houses
Once the old Shoeburyness Post Office, CHC Construction worked closely with local developer and architect, Lindsey Wislocki to erect these five new builds. We completed this project in 2019 and were responsible for the entire supply and fit.
Each house features 5 bedrooms, 3 contemporary bathrooms including a wet room and en-suite, 1 reception room, fitted kitchens and a spectacular rooftop garden overseeing the seafront. Furthermore, we carried out all of the landscaping and driveways.
